The Athens Goalkeepers Academy warmly congratulates Dimitris Goumas on his transfer to AEK!
The 21-year-old goalkeeper joins the list of players who have been trained by the Athens Goalkeepers Academy in recent years and have moved on to clubs in the Greek Super League!
Their progress shows that our Academy’s training methodology, the AGA Training Methodology, lays the strongest foundations for their future development!
Dimitris, who began his football journey with AEL, had previously participated in the AGA’s daily training program, Camps, summer preparations, and educational trips abroad.
All of this led up to his transfer to Germany, where he played for SV Planegg-Krailling (U17), Nuremberg (U19), FSV Zwickau, and Greuther Fürth.
We are proud that his footballing return to Greece finds him in one of the country’s top teams, and we wish him to remain healthy above all in this new adventure!
