The established summer goalkeeper training of the Athens Goalkeepers Academy is coming this year from July 8-26, 2024, at Renti Arena with a super surprise!
The U17 goalkeeper coach of Atletico Madrid, Alex Sanchez, will come to Athens in the second week of training as a guest of the AGA, with the exclusive purpose of working with young goalkeepers based on the Spanish model.
The summer training is a critical part of the competitive season, as it significantly improves athletes’ performance in all areas and helps them to enter their team’s preparation ready to stand out.
In addition to the Spanish GK Coach, participants will also work with the Head Coach of the Athens Goalkeepers Academy, Christos Lamprou, and the Academy’s specialized fitness trainer, Iakovos Chasapis, aiming to develop in three areas:
- Technique
- Tactics
- Physical condition
