He becomes the third goalkeeper in the last four years to sign for a Spanish club through the Athens Goalkeepers Academy, following the transfers of Dimitris Stamatakis (2021) and Stamati Orphanos (2024) to Atlético Madrid.
Τhe Athens Goalkeepers Academy (AGA) has officially landed in Madrid, as part of its 24th international educational tour. The squad, consisting of 11 talented young goalkeepers from Greece and Cyprus, arrived in the Spanish capital on Easter Wednesday, April 23, 2025.
